In this time of uncertainty and fear we thought it a good time to discuss the topics of Anxiety and Depression, both of which we have some personal experience with. Enclosed is a frank discussion of what it is like to deal with these issues as well as things that have helped us deal with said issues. Because of the nature of the discussion it perhaps has less humor in it than our standard fare. We think it an important episode and encourage a listen but recognize that it may not be for everyone. For those who would prefer something lighter we recommend our Episode from Season 3 Romance Option as one of our more standout episodes.
